Life Is Grand
I have started a new bible study with some of the moms from my local MOPS group. The bible study this summer is focusing on how to handle our worries. The book we're using for this session is called, 'Winning Over Worry.'
After only a few weeks of terrific bible study sessions I can already say I'm feeling so much better about my life, and being able to ward off my worries makes it that much better, too.
Lately, it seems, my life is full of stressful-nothings that seem to drag my positiveness away to a land unknown. I've not been myself for many reasons, and I certainly don't like the person I've started to become. I'm so proud that I can recognize when I need a pick me up and am strong enough to admit it and seek out something worthwhile to change my outlook a little.
In the end, I only realize how blessed I am. If I just take a moment to step back and look at my life with a different perspective, I can see just how lucky I am. I married my soul mate, my best friend and the strength he gives me to wake up with a smile on my face is all I need most days. The beautiful son that I had no idea I wanted until God decided it was time is my gleaming light, the force that keeps my head above water. Without him, my purpose still questionable.
God is good. Life is so grand. Love you all.

Hi Trish, Glad things are looking up for you. Those down times seem to help us realize even more how much God has blessed us. :)
